Compassionate, Integrative Psychotherapy for Whole-Person Healing

I offer psychotherapy for individuals seeking meaningful insight, emotional growth, and lasting change. Rooted in a safe, trusting relationship, my work is grounded in an anti-oppression framework and emphasizes holistic mental health—honoring the complex connections between mind, body, spirit, and community.

With over 20 years of clinical experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, illness, and life transitions, I specialize in supporting adults across the lifespan, including care for those navigating chronic pain, end-of-life issues, medical and birth trauma, and race-based stress. I bring particular expertise in grief and loss work and hold space for both individual and collective forms of mourning.

My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, somatic and attachment-based work, and—when meaningful to the individual—spirituality and ritual as powerful tools for transformation. In every session, my goal is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal.
