I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience, including extensive work in medical settings with adults across the lifespan - from pregnancy through end-of-life care. I strive to cultivate a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients can develop insight, deepen their connection to themselves, and explore what may be preventing them from living with greater fulfillment. Working from an integrative, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive perspective, I prioritize psychospiritual, holistic health and wellness.

My specialties include working with trauma and medical trauma, chronic illness and pain, grief and loss, anxiety, and significant life transitions. I draw from advanced training in EMDR, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic attachment therapy, and holistic mental health to provide individualized care through weekly psychotherapy, EMDR, and therapy intensives. I also specialize in clinical supervision and enjoy supporting students, professional peers, and colleagues in their growth.
